Program Management responsibilities include:


* Identify program goals and plan schedule of deliverables


* Establish over all scope of work


* Create and enforce communication and reporting guidelines


* Communicate goals and responsibilities throughout life of project


* Manage project workforce to ensure achieving goals, staying on schedule, and containing costs.


* Review the project during implementation and at completion to ensure all elements of the original scope of work are accomplished and that the work exceeds established quality levels.
